Culture and Partnership Audit
Discover your organization’s strengths and weaknesses. We’ve developed a survey that helps you get a pulse on your staff’s support raising health. You can then analyze the results for acute analysis by filtering responses from new vs veteran staff, men vs women, ethnicity, or get as detailed as you want with multiple filters.
The Via Generosity Team will schedule a one-hour phone call with you and your executive leadership to debrief your findings.
The Culture and Partnership Audit gathers responses from the following categories:
- General Demographic info
- Current status in support raising
- Make-up of personal support team
- Financial and emotional health
- Training
- Coaching
- Initial support raising time
- Ministry Partnership Development Practices
- Ministry policies, expectations and culture
- Spiritual Health
