Prepare Staff to Leverage the Season
As you approach the end of the year, encourage and equip your staff to have a partner development plan. Mike will talk about timing, tips, and tools to make End-of-Year asks of current ministry partners and how to communicate this to staff. Look at normal giving patterns to invite special gifts for a personal support team or project support. Utilize social media and other mediums to maximize the season for long-term support raising.

North American Mission Board (SBC)
Mike Riggins lives out his calling through the North American Mission Board (SBC) where he currently serves as the Coordinator of Missionary Mobilization. He has been serving with NAMB and its predecessor organization for over 25 years. Prior to that, he served as a field missionary on university campuses. Mike has been the lead MPD/Support Raising trainer at NAMB since 1995. He began his personal support raising journey in 1982. A native New Mexican, he lives in the Atlanta area with his wife Teresa and they are blessed with two adult children, Heather and Mark.
