Partnering with the local church in fulfilling the Great Commission is the desire of many parachurch ministries and their staff. Having a church on your support team has great benefits and some challenges. Charlie has lived on support, but now pastors a church. He will be presenting on how to cultivate a relationship that both honors the church and your ministry.

Charlie is the pastor of The Grove Church in Fayetteville, AR. He and his family have been there for 5 years. He has been married to his wife, Heidi for 21 years and has 3 daughters, Maylee, Lauren, and Laylah. Charlie was on staff with Student Mobilization, a college ministry, for several years where he raised support. He has raised support with a parachurch ministry and been salaried at a church, and has a great passion for seeing these two groups work together to fulfill the Great Commission.
