Request Bootcamp Rebate

Rebate requests must be submitted within 7 days after Bootcamp.
If you have completed all Bootcamp Preparation requirements and are eligible for the rebate, you will receive your check 15-18 days after Bootcamp.

By hitting submit below you are pledging that you have:

• Finished 100% of the online prep work
• Read the entire “God Ask”
• Invited someone to be your accountability partner
• Had at least 2 face-to-face appointments and raised a minimum of $100 that you can use towards Bootcamp costs
• Arrived on-time and stayed present for the entire training each and every day

The sender of the check will be the Center for Mission Mobilization (parent ministry of SRS).
