Erika oversees the Ministry of Partnership Development Department, a mobilization role in training and equipping interns, campus missionaries, international missionaries sent from the US, and church planters to live by faith in God’s provision through the development of their ministry partnership team. Her greatest desire though is to know God more in order to live out the fullness of God’s purposes for my life on the earth and to see our missionaries do the same!
