Callie Davis
Resource Designer
Callie Davis is the Resource Designer at Support Raising Solutions. She has been in ministry since 2012 and leading in the Ministry Partner Development world in ministry since 2015. She joined the SRS team in June 2019, and currently writes and develops new training tools, helps lead trainings, and works to connect individuals and organizations with the help and tools they need to be spiritually healthy, vision-driven, and fully funded.

Jessica Wood joined the SRS team in December 2016. Her family has lived on support since 1999. She has grown up in and around the Center for Mission Mobilization and Support Raising Solutions as her father, Dave Flynn, has been on staff.
Kathy Wilson
Support Raising Coaching Specialist
Kathy has been a part of the SRS team since 2018. She has completed her Life Coaching certification through Creative Results Management and is currently working towards completing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Kathy has served, alongside her husband Mark, as a missionary with Cadence International since 1995 before coming to join the SRS team in 2018. They have been living on support since 1995. Kathy & Mark have been married since 1994 and have 3 children: Abby, Samuel & Moyra.
Mark Wilson
Director

Mark serves as the Director for SRS. Has lived and ministered on personal support since 1995. The first fifteen years in Germany and the last eleven in the USA. In various ministry roles he’s held over the years he learned how personal support raising impacted great commission work in being the number one factor in staff leaving from his field teams and the number one reason his recruits wouldn’t commit to going or failed to reach the field. Driven to find a solution he discovered SRS, which grew into a transformational relationship and eventually a new calling. He joined the SRS Team June 2019. Mark has been married to Kathy since 1994 and they have three kids, Abby (21), Samuel (19) and Moyra (15).
Shannon Price
Steve Shadrach
Founder of SRS, Executive Director of CMM
Dr. Steve Shadrach is the founder of Support Raising Solutions. He authored The God Ask and has trained thousands of Christian workers from more than 1,200 organizations around the world how to raise their support. Steve helped found Student Mobilization, The Traveling Team, and the Center for Mission Mobilization. He also served as Director of Mobilization for Frontier Ventures (formerly the U.S. Center for World Mission), overseeing the global ministry Perspectives on the World Christian Movement program. A former pastor and missionary himself, Steve has a Doctorate of Ministry in Church and Para-Church Executive Leadership. He and his wife Carol have five grown children, eight grandchildren and reside in Fayetteville, AR.

Sue is a dedicated and wonderful member of the team! She joined SRS in 2016 after leaving her event management position at the University of Kansas Edwards Campus in Overland Park, KS. Customer service and hospitality are her speciality! If you have any SRS Bootcamp questions she is your go to person!
