Scott Morton: Blindspots: Leading Your Team and Ministry to Full Funding

Are you missing a hidden responsibility in your leadership? What is a team leaders’ role in keeping their team members fully funded? How do team leaders juggle personal fundraising with team or project fundraising as well? What are you doing or not doing as a leader that cripples your organization’s ability to excel in this area?

Scott Morton, International Funding Coach for The Navigators and author of Funding Your Ministry, will be leading our webinar on these issues that ministry leaders face. Scott will give us the inside scoop on the new book he wrote, Blindspots: Leading Your Team and Ministry to Full Funding, and share with us his journey of discovering and facing his blindspots in leadership.
