Bringing Training for MTD into your Organization
Training. It’s often the first step for everyone about to fundraise. But how do you have good training that lasts? Join Cori Crawford Van Oss and Matthew Mott from Reliant Mission as they address key perspectives and skills to help you and your organization do training well. They will unpack how to kick-off training and unpack the processes of training staff in a way that will outlast the training itself.

Cori has been in the support-raising world for 35 years. She leads International Programs at Reliant Mission and guides the MTD coaches. Her current role follows 29 years of support-based ministry while serving as an International missionary with Cru. She enjoys igniting courage in others as they pursue their calling. Matt Mott has been a support-based Church planter along with his wife Marjorie who still serves at the Church plant. Matt now serves on the International Program Team at Reliant Mission being with Reliant for 7 years. His current roles include training in MTD, coaching, and improving systems and structures. He enjoys serving the global Church by equipping others to purse God’s call.
