Your staff have a choice: they can either do all the work of MPD by themselves or they can include their spouse and/or kids in those decisions and activities. There is an open opportunity for staff to engage and involve their immediate family in money, budgeting, giving and the raising up and cultivation of their ministry team. How do you help them do that? What will be the long term consequences for families if they ARE included and if they AREN’T?
