Steve became a life-long worshipper while growing up as a missionary kid in Tokyo, Japan. He now serves as a People Development Specialist and Strategic Life Coach with CRM/NOVO. His passion is to equip and encourage front-line, cross-cultural team leaders to minister with spiritual power and Spiritual Authority in the difficult places of our world. In raising up the next generation of mission leaders from around the world, he is committed to doing all he can to ensure that they are effective in their roles as intercultural servant-leaders. He has worked in over 40 countries since 1980, and most enjoys facilitating the self-awareness of church and mission leaders towards sculpting roles in which their gifts, vision, and passion are aligned! He is co-author with Bill Taylor of Global Mission Handbook: Your Guide to Crosscultural Service (IVPress, 2009). He’s been married to his wife Eloise since 1972 and has a daughter and a son.
